Abstract

The rapid spread of artificial intelligence (AI) is having a significant impact on society, changing the way we work, live and interact. AI is becoming more autonomous and widely used, which will increase the importance of AI safety. The need to establish a legal definition of artificial intelligence and its responsibility for completed actions becomes relevant. In Ukraine, the process of legal definition of artificial intelligence is still ongoing, so it is important to analyze the world experience in the regulation of artificial intelligence to develop an appropriate regulatory framework in Ukraine.
