Автором ґрунтовно опрацьовано доктринальні та нормативні джерела й запропоновано авторську класифікації договорів, що застосовуються на ринку оптової торгівлі. // The scientific report explores various forms and types of contracts used in the wholesale market, analyzes the nature of the factors underlying the classification of such contracts. The author has thoroughly worked out the doctrinal and regulatory sources and proposed the author's classification of contracts used in the wholesale market.
