dc.description.abstract	In this paper, possibility of using laser ablation and thermal bonding methods for polymeric microfluidic device fabrication was studied. The experimental outlines of the channel profiles cut in polymethylmetacrylate (PMMA) matrices with different parameter settings and corresponding outlines after thermal bonding were shown. It was shown that, at purpose choose of LA and ther-mal bonding parameters channel with reproducible channel size from 50 to 170f.un could beob-tained.
