Н.Modern science has an astonishing tendency to variety, improvement, miniaturization, comprehensive utilization of results obtained in different fields. Medicine has not remained without attention. In the present work one of very actual and promising direction in clinical diagnostics - bionanophotonics was considered - the symbiosis of three scientific directions: biology (medicine, physiology, microbiology etc.), nanoelectronics and optics (fluorescence). Setting expert mode, representation of obtained experimental data in digital form, data processing and acquisition is accomplished by Advantech PCI-1711 card installed in PC. ELAN-3d implementation is important for new analytical methods and sensor apparatus development. Т.We have developed aqueous bidistiller that has the following advantages over widely used commercial setups: use of mineral water instead of tap water as a raw material, microwave water heating that prevents contact between water and the heater. Bidistiller is based on commercial microwave oven. All components that have contact with water are made of borosilicate glass. Г.The optical anisotropy of alive eye's cornea is caused by properties of corneal collagen, interposition of its fibres in a tissue of a cornea, level of intraocular pressure and a structurally functional condition of oculomotor muscles. The interferential picture in a form of rhombus which parameters depend on force of action and a place of attachment of oculomotor muscles is observed in polarized light on a cornea in a usual self. A method of calculation tensions in the eye was described. These tensions were provoked by mechanical influence of oculomotor muscles and intraocular pressure. The method is suitable for calculating tensions for eyes with different pathology oculomotor muscles.
