Abstract

This work focuses on the development of an e-commerce web platform with an integrated chatbot that enhances user interaction and automates customer support. The goal of this research is to explore the implementation of artificial intelligence in an online retail environment to provide assistance with product selection, handle customer inquiries, and enable users to make purchasing decisions without requiring any technical knowledge about computer components. By analyzing user requirements and preferences, the chatbot can recommend optimal configurations and ensure compatibility between components, simplifying the buying process.
