dc.description.abstract	A significant number of software developers suffer from a lack of direct social contacts. The reason for this is the almost full isolation associated with the possibility of remote work. Minimal communication leads to negative consequences, provokes misunderstandings and further conflicts. After longterm work of this kind, numerous psychological problems may appear: depression, emotional exhaustion, health problems associated with a lack of communication, sleep and rest, constant stress, lack of physical activity etc. This problem must be solved both by the employers and by the workers
