Інтерактивні цифрові платформи комунальних послуг як інструмент реалізації цілей сталого розвитку

Abstract

The study examines the role of digital utility service platforms in supporting sustainable development goals within the context of modern Smart City initiatives. The paper analyzes the potential of municipal web services and personal user accounts as tools for promoting environmentally responsible behavior, resource efficiency, and public awareness regarding sustainable consumption. Particular attention is paid to the integration of interactive infographics, personalized recommendations, AI-based analytics, and informational content aimed at reducing water and energy consumption. The research highlights current trends in the digital transformation of urban infrastructure in Ukraine, including Smart City initiatives implemented in Kharkiv during 2025-2026. It is established that digital utility platforms can function not only as service systems but also as effective communication environments for implementing Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), improving user engagement, and optimizing resource management in urban communities.
