Забезпечення безперервності діяльності підприємства (business continuity management) як інструмент запобігання критичним загрозам в умовах воєнного стану

Abstract

This thesis explores how enterprises can maintain stable operations during martial law in Ukraine. Military actions create many risks for businesses, such as destruction of infrastructure, disruption of logistics, and threats to employees' safety. The paper explains what Business Continuity Management (BCM) is and why it is important for companies in crisis situations. It describes how BCM helps identify possible risks and prepare plans to continue critical business activities after disruptions. The study also looks at practical examples from Ukrainian companies that adapted their work during the war.
