dc.description.abstract	The paper presents a methodical approach to analyzing the interrelations of the digital development indicators and the indicators of IT & Hi-tech and R&D sectors as well as the labor market. The authors of the article have conducted analyses of the interrelations of the digital indicators and the indicators of IT & Hi-tech, R&D sectors as well as the labor market. Based on canonical correlation analysis, the results of the research have proved the existence of a stable correlation between the indicators of each pair. The regional peculiarities of EU countries of the relations between the analyzed groups of indicators for the period 2016-2020 were singled out; namely most of Eastern European countries were placed below the average European level while Scandinavia and Northern Europe belonged to the group of leading countries. The results of the interrelations between digitalization indicators and indicators of the IT & Hi-tech, R&D sectors as well as the labor market made it possible to draw conclusions regarding the choice of directions for digital government policy.
