Therefore, the object of the study is a software system for ordering certificates of study from the dean's office for higher education applicants, which will be appropriate for higher institutions of the state, will facilitate and automate the provision of certificates to the relevant institutions, will have reporting and will be an intermediary between the dean's office and the student to resolve this type of question
