Abstract

The paper analyzes the physical principles of operation of photoelectric converter meters, considers the main requirements for such systems. The existing approaches to measuring the main parameters of photovoltaic cells are summarized; photocurrent, photovoltage, spectral sensitivity and temperature stability. Based on the analysis, a method for automated measurement of photoelectric converter characteristics has been created, and a hardware and software complex for automated parameter control has been developed.
