Abstract

This paper addresses the necessity of digital transformation of the medical staff attestation process through the implementation of an analytical information module. It examines the resolution of three key tasks: identifying the causes of attestation failures, analyzing the dynamics of results, and ranking departments based on KPIs. It is proven that the transition to Data-Driven management automates routine processes, enhances the quality of managerial decisions, and contributes to the development of highly qualified personnel in a healthcare institution.
