Abstract

The given work is devoted to the user support system in the process of controlling product availability (on the example of controlling the supply of drinking water). To ensure the timely delivery of drinking water, as well as automatic control over the amount of water, a software system was developed in which the following functions are implemented: automatic distribution of workers for water delivery, automatic prediction of when water will need to be delivered, a database used for storage user data and measurements of the amount of water, back-end, front-end, mobile application for reporting water quantity and delivery status.
