Методологічні засади дослідження державної політики щодо зайнятості осіб з інвалідністю

Abstract

The article is devoted to the theoretical substantiation of ways to modernize the state policy of employment of persons with disabilities. Also consider correcting the current imperfect mechanism of this policy. The study suggests recognizing disability as a social phenomenon, not a medical one. The scientific work examines and analyzes the social model of disability, analyzes the goal of modern state policy regarding persons with disabilities. The need to achieve a certain balance between the principles of humanity and economic efficiency is determined. To solve these urgent problems, a set of measures is proposed. A direct relationship between international standards in the field of employment of persons with disabilities and national employment mechanisms is derived.
