dc.description.abstract	This work is devoted to the assessment of the effectiveness of unstructured processes and methods of coloring by means of intellectual analysis. The main constructions of intellectual analysis are considered. A comparative calculation of the efficiency before the implementation of the system (process mining) was carried out. It has been established that the company works more efficiently with the implemented system (process mining).
