Abstract

To effectively manage human resources development in ІТ projects proposed to use modern approaches that take into account the rapid development of technologies and the needs of employees: digІТalization and automation, flexible management, individual development and training, gamification of motivation processes. The paper analyzes the following indicators to effectively solve the tasks of managing training and staff development: task completion speed, workload distribution among team members, dynamics of changes in productivІТy, and code qualІТy.
