Abstract

The paper analyzes the solution of problems based on the results of monitoring based on automated testing of quality parameters of electronic communication resources for access to e-commerce platforms, taking into account the requirements of business processes. The corresponding business strategies for monitoring and testing are determined with the development of a methodology aimed at improving (not increasing beyond normal limits) the time indicator of delay in electronic communication resources for access to e-commerce services.
