Анотація
The paper considers the problem of development and use of information technologies and systems in departments of repair at metallurgical enterprises. The paper suggests to automate the tasks of creating, accounting and analyzing of estimate documentation that accompanies the business processes of repair at enterprises of this type. The results of the assessment will be used to improve the creation of estimates, for further planning of the budget for the repair of the enterprise, to understand the growth rates of the enterprise's expenses.
