Дослідження сучасних методів пеленгації безпілотних літальних апаратів

Abstract

The paper is devoted to a reliable information extraction by a passive sodar with a microphone array. The main attention is paid to the efficiency of target bearing estimation algorithms and to the targets resolution. The investigation is carried out by use such methods, as Bartlett’s, Capone’s and the cross-correlation function method, which are presented with their bearing characteristics and resolution parameters. The results show that in real acoustic systems for detecting small targets, namely unmanned air vehicles, and defining a bearing on them, the microphone array represents a powerful tool.
