In the current economic conditions the problem of engineering enterprises effective functioning that based on innovation and investment activity intensification has a high topicality. This requires the formation of real optimal innovative and investment portfolio. If the proposed methodological approach is used in practice it will help to increase effectiveness of engineering enterprises in the long-term.
