Abstract

The paper examines the development of a web application for learning programming languages with the use of artificial intelligence. Modern digital education requires accessible and flexible tools that combine structured learning materials, interactive content management, and intelligent user support. In this study, a single-page web application was designed and implemented using Angular for the frontend, Azure Functions for the backend, MongoDB for data storage, and Markdown for organizing educational materials. The platform also integrates a GPT-3-based assistant capable of answering user questions, supporting natural language interaction, and providing guidance during the learning process. The results demonstrate that the proposed solution can effectively combine educational content delivery, user-generated material management, and AI-powered assistance within a unified system.
