Abstract

This work deals with the development of recommendation functions of a sanatorium information system designed for improving health service selection and internal logistics. For the client, a personalized recommendation function is developed to generate a health program and an automated service schedule by mapping individual medical needs from an interactive questionnaire to available treatments. For the system administrator, a recommendation function is implemented to manage the workload of medical rooms and room funds, ensuring efficient resource distribution and eliminating queues.
