Модель багатокритеріального відбору інтернів для виконання групових навчальних ІТ-проєктів

Abstract

This paper proposes a multi-criteria model for the automated selection of candidates for group training projects. The study considers technical competencies, soft skills, professional experience, development potential, and team compatibility as key evaluation criteria. The proposed model combines an integral readiness indicator, a competency development index, and a compatibility metric to support objective decision-making. The results demonstrate that the approach improves the accuracy of candidate evaluation and increases the efficiency of forming training teams.
