dc.description.abstract	На основі зведених показників Глобального індексу інновацій за 2020 р. розглянуто динаміку інноваційної активності в міжнародному масштабі, проведено порівняльний аналіз, визначені відносні переваги та слабкі ланки національних інноваційних систем, визначено місце України. У ГІІ Україна займає 45 місце серед 131 країни, демонструючи загальне зростання в рейтингу інноваційного індексу та в субіндексах: + 20 позицій в освіті та +10 в R&D. Україна також зберегла 2 місце серед країн із доходом нижче середнього. Відзначається, що пандемія коронавірусу здійснила негативний вплив на інноваційну діяльність та спричинила значне падіння національних та світової економіки. Водночас, уражаючи одні галузі, COVID-19 стимулює розвиток та фінансування інновацій в інших, особливо у сфері комп’ютерних технологій, цифровізації, охорони здоров’я. Дослідження підтвердило стабільність інноваційного розвитку країн, які традиційно були лідерами за цим індексом у попередні роки. // On the basis of the consolidated indicators of the global index of innovation in 2020, the dynamics of innovation activity on an international scale is considered, a comparative analysis was conducted, the relative advantages and weak links of national innovation systems are determined, the place of Ukraine. In GII Ukraine occupies 45th among 131 countries, demonstrating a general growth in the rating of innovative index and in subindex: + 20 positions in education and +10 in R & D. Ukraine also has also retained 2 among the countries with income below the average. It is noted that the coronavirus pandemic has a negative impact on innovative activities and led to a significant decline in the national and world economy. At the same time, the affects one branches, COVID-19 stimulates the development and financing of innovations in others, especially in the field of computer technology, digitalization, health care. The study confirmed the stability of innovative development of countries traditionally leaders under this index in previous years.	uk_UA
