Abstract

This work examines the role of intelligent demand forecasting systems in the printing industry under conditions of digital transformation and market uncertainty. It highlights the application of machine learning, big data analytics, and integrated MIS/CRM data to improve forecasting accuracy and decision-making. The challenges of implementation and the importance of data quality and system integration are also considered.
