Abstract

Considered the need to develop components of an information system for a cafe with the possibility of ordering take-out food. In the context of the presence in Ukraine of special conditions related to the state of war, the rapid development of the fast food industry and the growing popularity of food delivery services, the development of an information system becomes extremely relevant. The need and benefits of implementing such a system to optimize the processes of ordering, processing and fulfilling orders, as well as to improve the efficiency of customer service and cafe resource management. The practical implementation of these components can improve the quality of service and increase the competitiveness of the cafe in the market.
