Abstract

This paper examines the role of Manufacturing Information Systems (MIS) in improving productivity and process transparency in printing enterprises. The study substantiates the relevance of implementing integrated digital solutions in response to increasing market competition and the need for operational efficiency. Special attention is paid to the integration of MIS with CRM and ERP systems to create a unified digital management environment. The research highlights the impact of automation on equipment utilization, reduction of production cycle time, and optimization of material consumption. The practical significance of the study is determined by the possibility of applying the proposed solutions to enhance management effectiveness in modern printing enterprises.
