dc.description.abstract	The purpose of the report is to review the functionality implemented in the development of a multifunctional billing system for the telecoms operator. Billing system is a complex of hardware and software support for business processes and solutions responsible for collecting information on the use of telecommunications services, their tariffication, invoicing subscribers, processing payments. Multifunctionality of the described system consists in the ability to process different categories of customers (individuals and legal entities), provide opportunities for Internet payments (v-banking), handle various types of connections (GSM, Ethernet, VoIP, SIP).	uk_UA
