dc.description.abstract	This paper presents a mathematical model that describes the process of natural air purification in one of the Ukrainian cities based on real data. The model of reducing the concentration of polluting particles through self-purification is used to describe the problem. The model is implemented in the Maple symbolic computing software package. Based on the results of mathematical and simulation modelling, the pollution level in the city is analyzed depending on the choice of the natural purification coefficient. The model allows us to determine whether additional measures should be taken to accelerate air purification.
