Роль цифрових платформ у забезпеченні національної стійкості: від банківських інновацій до екосистеми державних сервісів

Abstract

This work provides an extensive and multi-layered analysis of the evolution of Ukraine’s digital ecosystem as a cornerstone of national resilience. The study traces the historical and technological trajectory from innovative fintech solutions (Privat24, Monobank) to the comprehensive GovTech infrastructure (Diia ecosystem) and critical military digitalization tools (Rezerv+). The author explores how the synergy between banking identification systems (BankID) and state cloud-based registries has ensured the continuity of government functions during global crises and periods martial law. The Ukrainian experience is analyzed as a unique global model for building a «digital fortress» that effectively integrates financial services, civil administration, and national defense into a single, resilient ecosystem.
