Abstract

This work analyzes the methods used for automation of the online ordering process of printed products within the development of an information system. Particular attention is paid to subject area analysis, functional modeling, automated file verification, algorithmic price calculation, and process modeling methods. The application of these methods allows reducing human errors, optimizing order processing time, and improving the overall efficiency of printing services. The results demonstrate the importance of a comprehensive methodological approach to the automation of printing service systems.
