Abstract

In this work, we will look at the development process of an Arduino-based infrared thermometer. When debugging electronic circuits, it is sometimes necessary to check the temperature of a number of components in the circuit. Conventional medical thermometers will not work here - you need a non-contact infrared thermometer. In this article, we will look at creating a similar noncontact infrared thermometer based on the Arduino board and the MLX90614 non-contact temperature sensor. But this sensor can be used not only to measure the temperature of electronic components, but also to measure body temperature, surface temperature, air temperature in the ventilation pipe, etc.
