Abstract

In this topic I want to highlight some aspects of cooking in Japan. That vast majority of nations have they own history and cookery. You might agree with me, if i say that the easiest way to find out about another culture is to get know with its cuisine. That is why I chose cooking in different nations, namely Japan, as a rich and significant part of culture, which plays quite noticeable part in self-expression of all people.
