Abstract

This paper discusses the critical tasks that appear during implementation of the platform that were designed to involve people with approved knowledge at some area. This people will be able to provide a consultation to customers in their free time getting reward defined by companies. This platform is necessary because todays consulting system isn't good at all. On the one side, we see staff consultants that either not competent enough or aimed to sell a certain product. On another side, there are online consultants or forums. The first ones won't consult user for free, when the second option isn't good due to the lack of quality guarantees
