Анотація
Relations are obtained that describe fluctuations of the effective scattering centers of radar and radio-acoustic sounding systems of the atmosphere. They make it possible to evaluate the characteristics of angular and range finding noise of scattering objects of atmospheric sounding systems and can be used in determining the integral error of measurement results, as well as in interpreting experimental data. The research results will also allow you to correctly design the auto-tracking system of the objects in question by coordinates, choosing the width of the discriminatory characteristics and the parameters of smoothing filters correctly.
