Abstract

This paper considers the problem of risk assessment in projects for the development of intelligent information systems of the «Smart Hom» class. Such systems integrate numerous hardware and software components and operate in a dynamic environment, which increases uncertainty during project implementation. An adaptive network model for risk assessment is proposed, where risk is represented as a dynamic function depending on the probability and impact of risk events as well as the interdependence between system components. The model allows the use of historical operational data to refine risk parameters and enables more accurate assessment and forecasting of potential risk events in intelligent information system projects.
