Abstract

This paper addresses the development of an information system for the "Points of Invincibility" network to enhance Ukraine's resilience against massive energy infrastructure attacks. The study identifies critical shortcomings in current management practices. To resolve those issues, a centralized system is proposed with distinct roles. The technical implementation utilizes Java with Spring Boot for the backend, PostgreSQL for geospatial data storage, and React with the Leaflet library for the interactive map interface. The integration of these technologies aims to optimize resource distribution, reduce communication delays, and ensure the effective functioning of the network during peak energy crises.
