Abstract

The study of the use of neural networks, and in particular graph neural networks for IT project planning, is a topical issue due to the rapid development of artificial intelligence and neural networks, as well as the demand for project planning, which is not decreasing, but rather growing. The use of technologies that can automate project planning processes is important, as it reduces the risks caused by the human factor and reduces the time spent on project planning by managers. These changes, in turn, lead to a reduction in the budget for project implementation.
