Застосування методу двобічних наближень до моделювання МЕМС-актюатора з вільним кінцем та діелектричним шаром

Abstract

The aim of this study is to apply the method of two-sided approximations to solve a nonlinear boundary value problem for a fourth-order ordinary differential equation. The considered mathematical model arises in the process of studying the static deflection of a cantilever beam. In particular, this problem has found wide application in microelectromechanical systems (MEMS). Thus, the current task is to develop reliable numerical-analytical methods to solve it. In this study, we suggest applying the two-sided approximation method based on the use of the Green’s function.
