Abstract

Information technology can significantly reduce the cost of planning a restaurant business. The purpose of the project is to explore the theoretical and practical aspects of automation of restaurant business companies and, first of all, automation of customer service through the implementation of information systems for order processing and control of the reservation seats. The relevance of the project is due to modern realities that require the use of innovations to increase business competitiveness.
