Abstract

This work is devoted to the theoretical aspects of assessing the investment attractiveness of enterprises in modern economic conditions. The paper examines the economic essence of investment attractiveness and its importance for making effective investment decisions. Investment attractiveness is considered as a complex economic category that reflects the financial condition, efficiency of resource use, competitiveness, and development prospects of an enterprise. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of the main characteristics and factors influencing the formation of investment attractiveness, including profitability, financial stability, liquidity, business activity, and market position.
