Abstract

The nuclear fuel reloading system at nuclear power plants is designed to extract from the core of fuel assemblies with burned-out nuclear fuel, the burned-out bodies of the control and protection system of some internally body elements and install new ones in their place. The paper reviewed the technological processes of nuclear fuel reloading in the high power channel reactor, the selected most acceptable design of the unloading and loading machine, which is additionally provided with optoelectronic gap control system between the container and the floor of central reactor room.
