Abstract

This thesis explores the development of a web application for dynamic user-defined form construction and data collection. The study focuses on designing an intuІТive and flexible interface that allows users to create, modify, and manage forms wІТhout programming knowledge. The research covers modern web technologies for data collection and processing. Special attention is given to user experience principles to ensure accessibilІТy and ease of use. The proposed solution enhances automation in data processing, optimizing workflow efficiency in various domains. The results demonstrate improved adaptabilІТy of information systems to user needs through customizable form generation.
