Abstract

Quality of perception doesn‘t depend on the reverberation time only but also on the temporal structure of responses. And factors such as temperature, air humidity have a noticeable influence on the quality of the resulting signal and reverberation time. By providing the optimal structure of the initial (early) reflections sound remains good even with a substantial deviation from the recommended reverberation time which is not always possible to maintain within the optimal values in large rooms.
