Анотація
The study advances our understanding of the role Geometry in design. Considered the basic mathematical principles, as tools of a good design. In the paper were studied such terms as: composition, golden ratio, harmony principle, etc. Special contribution into the research of this topic consists in systematization of compositional principles, which are often used by designers. Overall, considered the importance of the role of Geometry in design, that provide a foundation for creating aesthetically pleasing and function desings byusing geometric principles.
