Abstract

The article examines the impact of remote employment on the transformation of the modern labor market. The study analyzes key changes in labor market conditions, including territorial decentralization, the transformation of labor supply, and the growing importance of flexible working arrangements. It also considers the changing requirements for employees’ skills in a digital work environment. The findings indicate that remote employment has become a stable structural element of the contemporary labor market and an important factor in its further development.
