The work researches the hybrid method of it project management on the Example of the development of a distance learning system. A hybrid approach to Project management combines different methodologies (agile, waterfall) and Approaches to achieve more efficient and effective project management. This Work reviews the advantages and disadvantages of the hybrid method of project Management and its application in the context of planning the development of a Distance learning system, the use of artificial intelligence systems for project Management is considered
