Аналіз методів оцінювання результативності виконання ІТ-проєктів

Abstract

The evaluation of IT project performance is an important element for determining the overall effectiveness and value created by a project. This study considers several approaches to assessing IT project performance, including the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) method, the Delphi expert evaluation method, and the integrated KPI method. The main stages, advantages, and limitations of each method are analyzed. Particular attention is given to the integrated KPI approach, which allows combining several indicators into a single comprehensive performance measure. The results show that this method provides a more informative and balanced assessment of IT project performance. Further research is aimed at developing a system of indicators and determining their weights, taking into account the specific characteristics of IT projects.
