Abstract

A method for assessing the metrological reliability of a working standard is proposed, based on the use of a logistic model. Unlike classical exponential models, the logistic model allows taking into account the specifics of the drift of the working standard and the probability of metrological characteristics exceeding the limits established in the technical specification. The method includes determining the model parameters based on experimental data, integrating the measurement uncertainty, and calculating the probability of maintaining the permissible accuracy during the operational period.
