dc.description.abstract	Qubit-matrix models, data structures, methods of synthesis and analysis of logical schemes of social processes are considered, which allow modeling the reaction of the social System to decision-making based on the qubit description of standards of behavior, which makes it possible to actuatorically control social groups and infrastructure.
